Oklahoma City can bury Brooklyn without needing a ceiling offensive night, and Brooklyn’s path to keeping this competitive is basically “make a ton of threes,” which is hard to bank on in a tired road leg.

Two angles I don’t think the number fully prices in:

1) Rest disparity + pace control in a blowout script. Oklahoma City has been off 8 days; Brooklyn is on 1 day rest and just got held to 84 points on the road. In these mismatch games, the favorite often gets a big early margin, then throttles down late — fewer transition reps, more half-court, more clock bleed. That’s how you cash unders even if the favorite is efficient early.

2) Brooklyn’s offensive floor is scary low. Their last road game was 84 points, and they’ve been wildly inconsistent scoring away from home all year (7-20 road record). Against a top-tier defense at full energy, the Nets’ possession quality tends to crater: more empty trips, more late-clock shots, and the live-ball turnovers that create some easy OKC points — but also shorten Brooklyn’s ability to contribute to the total.

On Oklahoma City’s side, you’re also getting post-loss focus (they lost 93-110 in their last game) with fresh legs at home. But the key is you don’t need them to hang 125; something like 112-95 still clears the spread and stays comfortably under.

Pick: Under 212.5 (-110). I’d rather sweat OKC easing off in the 4th than sweat Brooklyn scoring enough to threaten an over.
