When a low-efficiency favorite lays points, you’re basically betting they can create separation — and Buffalo hasn’t shown that profile, especially in this building (7-8 at home).

Angle the line isn’t fully baking in #1: rest + energy differential. Eastern Michigan is on 7 days rest versus Buffalo on 3 days, and Buffalo’s recent stretch has been leaky defensively (allowed 75, 99, 82, 72, 81 in five of the last six).
